Adding Templates

Hello,

I am working with STM32F103 board. The current GCC does not have the required templates for STM32F1, but these are available on Sourgeforge.net.

Hi,
Those templates are based on the old e no longer supported STD Peripheral library. However, the GNU ARM Eclipse plugin from Liviu Ionescu already includes them. For more information take a look here:
