    I have the STM32Nucleo-F401RE tools installed and running. Testing FreeRTOS, is there a option in the debugger for resetting the target – once it’s paused. I have used Code Composer Studio with the MSP432 uP, the debugger had a Reset function that was very useful when debugging.

    Can I set the PC to force a reset?

    Not sure if I got the point, but in Eclipse there is a dedicated button to reset the MCU in the Perspective view:
