    I just ran into an issue trying to install OpenOCD on OS X El Capitan 10.11.5. When I would set the flags, it would give an error – lib-1.x is required for the ST-Link JTAG Programmer. What fixed this was installing libusb a little differently as found at {http://openocd.org/doc-release/README.OSX}
